Return Policy
At ISEE, we are committed to providing you with an excellent shopping experience. We understand the difficulties of shopping online, and we do want you to love your purchases without the stress of being stuck with an item you don't like.
We gladly facilitate exchanges and returns of unused items within 30 days from the date you've received all your items.
Items must be in their original condition, unused or damaged, including original packaging. If not, no refund will be issued.
If the item has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs are on the customer.

Fill out the after-sales form with your order number, reason, and product photos.
Get Address
Our team will reply with a return authorization and the shipping address.
Ship Item
Send the package back and email us the tracking number. Include order NO. on package.
Refund / Exchange
Once inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 1-3 business days.
Note: We do not accept freight collect (COD) packages. Return shipping fees must be prepaid. Please provide the tracking number after shipping.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.
